Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Pickleball Impact Zone. If you need to return an item, please review the guidelines below.
Paddles
Paddles may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
New & Unused Paddles
To receive a full refund, the paddle must be:
- Unused and in new, resalable condition
- Free from scratches, dents, scuffs, or other signs of play
- In the original packaging with all included accessories
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped by Pickleball Impact Zone.
Lightly Tested Paddles
We understand that choosing the right paddle can sometimes require a brief test. Paddles that have been lightly tested may be returned within 30 days, provided they are in good, resalable condition.
A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund to cover inspection, handling, repackaging, and restocking.
Paddles with significant wear, court rash, chips, cracks, dents, or other damage from play are not eligible for a refund.
Modified or Personalized Paddles
Paddles that have been personalized or modified, including replacement grips, edge tape, writing, engraving, or other alterations, are final sale and are not eligible for return unless the product is defective and covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
Merchandise
Other merchandise, including apparel, bags, accessories, shoes, and other retail items, may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
To qualify for a refund, merchandise must be:
- Unused and in new, resalable condition
- Unworn and unwashed, where applicable
- Returned with original tags and packaging
- Free from damage, stains, odors, or signs of use
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
A 20% restocking fee may apply to merchandise that has been opened or lightly used but is still determined to be in resalable condition.
Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or otherwise not in resalable condition are not eligible for return.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Clearance or final-sale merchandise
- Personalized or customized products
- Used or demo equipment
- Gift cards
- Items that have been damaged or altered by the customer
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or you believe it has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to determine whether the issue is covered by the manufacturer's warranty or qualifies for a replacement or refund.
Manufacturing defects are handled according to the applicable manufacturer's warranty and may have different warranty periods and requirements.
Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Pickleball Impact Zone will arrange for the correct item to be shipped and provide return instructions for the incorrect item at no additional cost to you.
How to Start a Return
All returns must be approved by Pickleball Impact Zone before being shipped back.
Please contact us with:
- Order number
- Customer name
- Item you wish to return
- Reason for the return
Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Please do not send merchandise back without receiving return authorization first.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account after it has been processed.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Any applicable restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exchanges
If you would prefer to exchange an eligible item for another product, please indicate this when requesting your return.
If the replacement item has a different price, the difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to an error by Pickleball Impact Zone or a defective/incorrect item.
Important Note
Pickleball Impact Zone reserves the right to refuse a return that does not meet the conditions outlined above or that appears to have been used, damaged, altered, or purchased for the purpose of resale.
By completing a purchase through the Pickleball Impact Zone website, the customer agrees to the terms of this Return & Refund Policy.
