Pernille Halbro is a seasoned entrepreneur who has owned and operated multiple companies, but she found her true purpose in pickleball in 2021. A certified pickleball professional and passionate leader, she founded Pickleball Impact Zone, LLC in August 2023 to empower others through the sport she loves.
As Head Pro & Director of Pickleball at Pickleball America, Pernille brings energy, leadership, and community to every court. After the owner of Impact Pickleball relocated to Baltimore, she took over the local territory and expanded it under her own brand, blending professionalism, fun, and connection.
For Pernille, pickleball is more than a game — it’s a platform for empowerment, friendship, and lifelong growth, creating impact one player at a time.
